On the GUI Configuration window, enter (i) in 'Path to FLAPW executables', the (full) directory where your executables of the FLAPW code and other plotting programs are sitting, (ii) in 'Path to GUI directory', the (full) directory which is created by the GUI installation and (see item 1.1 above) (iii) in 'RasMol Visualizer', the RasMol file name including the (full) directory (you may choose one among the files in the 'QMD/RasMol' directory), etc. Click Done.
(Note) This step should be already done by 'Install' step. You just need to make sure the information is correct. You may want to adjust the time setting: 'Time to update indicators'. The smaller the value the faster the GUI works, but also consumes more CPU cycles. If you feel the GUI is "sticky", set this parameter to a smaller value. The default is 0.5 sec.
